LIFE AT DHS

School Productions

Every year Dandenong High School presents a school production.
These annual presentations showcase the wonderful and dedicated talent we have with the Performing Arts Department within our school.
From singing and dancing to comedy acts and dramatic scenes, our school productions are an exciting way for students to not only express their creativity, build their self-confidence, explore their imaginations but also help to create a stronger connection within our school community and outside with the broader local community.

ON-SCREEN! ON-STAGE!

August 11-12 2023

On-Screen! On-Stage! is an original, group-devised celebration of cinema.

Created and devised by the students of Dandenong High School’s Performing Arts Department.

The show tells the tale of an ambitious, young director who after refusing a deal with The Devil for fame & fortune in exchange for his soul, escapes into cinema.

Travelling through all genres and eras of movies, from Western, Horror, Action and Musicals, our Director not only makes friends along the way but also faces many well-known enemies.

Can our hero make it out of the movies alive?

Friday 11th & Saturday 12th of August
The Melalueca Theatre
Dandenong High School
7pm

Tickets $5 from the Finance Office
